Organizational structures, organizational processes and relationship management. Organization's position in the external environment, the determinants of strategic capability, the influence of, history and culture on strategy, sustainable business.

- apply appropriate strategic management concepts and tools to business cases
- define and apply the tools and techniques of strategic analysis
- identify and describe the challenges and opportunities of sustainable business for entrepreneurship and innovation

Online assignments, EXAM room examination and independent study 162 h.

This course is an online course and, thus, you are expected to carry it out as an independent study. Academic studies require self-direction, good study skills, and planning. It takes about 162 hours of work to complete the course. Note! Exam room examinations.

You can take your examination in another university’s EXAM room as an exam visit. In Mikkeli you can take your EXAM room visit at LUT university and at South-Eastern Finland University of Applied Sciences (XAMK). Mikäli ilmoittautuminen perutaan myöhemmin tai peruutusta ei tehdä lainkaan perimme Mikkelin kesäyliopiston maksuosuuden riippumatta siitä, onko rekisteröitymistä tehty opintojaksolle Itä-Suomen avoimeen yliopistoon.
